This past week, Richlen Construction [San Francisco Commercial General Contractor] completed a spec suite at 201 Mission Street on the 29th floor for Jones Lang LaSalle. The office building itself is a multi-tenant commercial class “A” structure. The building is one of our favorites to work in! This particular 15,744 square foot suite offers spectacular views of the Financial District and Bay. It should attract a start-up or established business easily. The Amenities include: Private & open offices, Conference rooms, large breakroom with kitchen. Project Manager Roger Wilson, Superintendent Terry Tillery, and Project Engineer Twyla Summers worked with architect, Esperanza Barrera from SmithGroup JJR to deliver the attractive suite in the timeframe needed by JLL.
