Hats off to Richlen Construction’s Project Manager Kara Stein! This past 2012 Christmas, she and other volunteers wrapped presents and coats for the kids of Bethel Island, CA.  Gifts and jackets are donated by many people and companies (including Richlen) throughout the surrounding communities of Bethel Island to spread holiday spirit to the children on Bethel Island. Every child ages 0-18 receives a holiday gift.  Only those who are in need of a coat receive a coat.  “It’s really nice to see the day after the Christmas party (12/18 2012) all of the kids wearing their new warm coats for the winter.” Kara Stein

Richlen Construction team, Senior Project Manager Randy Keller, Superintendent Frank Cabral, and Project Engineer Jaime Hunt are nearly completed with Experian new suite at 155 Grand Avenue in Oakland, CA. Huntsman Architects designed Experian's new 16,410 sq-ft., space with 14 Wall offices, two (2) large conference rooms, two (2) Huddle Rooms, open collaborative areas, and a 1,645 sq-ft., lunch room seating lounge.
